“ Good poke, we took the regular size and I built my own bowl. It was very tasty and the service was great. We’ll definitely come again (and we there already twice) ”
“ Everything is very fresh and the mango and pineapple is sweet. Avocado is on point. The salmon is good and the spicy may sauce is great. The house infusion Hawaiian breeze was interesting and def worth a try. The rice was a little weird. A little startchy and I don’t think it’s cooked with anything but water. The poke bowl was okayish, the Cesar salad not good (no parmeggiano, but some weird gummy cheese, the sauce also not so great). Also the Hawaiian lemonades were not our taste (way too sweet) ”

The salmon, for the most part, was delightfully fresh, offering that quintessential melt-in-your-mouth experience. However, I did encounter one piece that tasted slightly off, which was a minor blemish on an otherwise excellent meal. The bowl was seasoned with a touch too much salt for my liking, making the flavors a bit overpowering. A lighter hand with the soy sauce would have allowed the natural, clean taste of the fresh ingredients to shine through more distinctly. The seaweed, unfortunately, lacked the desired crispness and came off a bit soggy, which slightly detracted from the overall texture of the dish. Despite these minor setbacks, the freshness of the other ingredients was evident and much appreciated. On a return visit, I would certainly ask for a lighter application of soy sauce, allowing me to adjust the seasoning to my own taste. This tweak would elevate an already enjoyable dish to something truly special. ”
